All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, the seller is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. The seller is not responsible for any customs fees, delays, or packages held or rejected by customs.
All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Incorrect Shipping Information
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. The seller is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
